Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information we collect
When you contact us through our website forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, website URL, and any optional phone number or note. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your project or question.
Website checks
If you run the free website check, we send your public URL to Google PageSpeed Insights to produce a lab report. We store the normalised result against a temporary ID so you can view it and, if you later request a consultation, so we do not have to rerun the check. Checking a public URL is not consent to marketing email. Contact details are only collected if you ask us to review the site or book a conversation.
Anonymous check results are kept only for a limited time (about seven days) and then expire.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, discuss potential projects, and provide the services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Protecting your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. This includes using secure hosting and following good practices for data handling. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. If you would like to exercise these rights, or if you have questions about how we handle your information, please contact us using the details on our Legal Information page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
