Kelly Jordan Photography
The challenge
A premium photography brand needed a website that feels warm and high-end, guides clients through the experience, and supports enquiries for key shoot categories including newborn, family, maternity, and birth photography. The site needed to communicate the full portrait experience while making it easy for clients to understand what to expect and how to book.
Our approach
We focused on storytelling, conversion clarity, and structured navigation. The approach prioritized creating an experience that feels premium and personal, while ensuring clear pathways for clients to learn about services and make enquiries.
What we built
- Portfolio-first layout with clear sections for different photography categories
- Experience-led flow that guides visitors through what happens and how to book
- Artwork and print emphasis with an heirloom feel that reflects the timeless nature of the work
- Contact pathways and quick links that make it easy for clients to start conversations
Outcome
A polished, premium web presence that supports enquiries and communicates the full portrait experience. The website provides a clear, beautiful showcase of the photographer's work while making it straightforward for potential clients to understand services and get in touch.

Wallpilot
The challenge
Photography studios need accurate, repeatable wall layout planning and print-ready mounting guides. The challenge was reducing installation mistakes and making "gallery wall packages" easy to sell. Studios needed a tool that could help them plan layouts, calculate frame sizes, and generate professional hanging templates for their clients.
Our approach
We took a business-first approach, defining the workflow first, then building the tool around real studio needs. We focused on understanding how studios actually plan and install gallery walls, then created a solution that fits naturally into their existing process.
What we built
- Interactive layout planning tool for wall measurements and frame placement
- Frame sizing logic that calculates optimal arrangements
- Print/PDF output for hanging templates with print-ready assets
- Design system built for repeatable studio packages and consistent branding
Outcome / current status
Proof of concept in progress, actively evolving based on studio feedback and real-world usage. The tool is being refined to better support the workflow needs of photography studios.

RegionalTrades
The challenge
Connecting regional customers with reliable local trades, with the business needing clear differentiation in a competitive marketplace. The challenge was creating a platform that builds trust, simplifies discovery, and ensures quality connections between customers and tradespeople in regional areas.
Our approach
We focused on rapid prototyping to validate the value proposition, then built foundations that can scale. The approach prioritized understanding regional market dynamics and building trust signals that matter to both customers and trades.
What we built
- Early platform concept with listings and discovery functionality
- Lead routing concept with voice and automation capabilities at a high level
- Focus on regional branding and trust signals that differentiate the platform
- Foundation architecture designed to support growth and partnership opportunities
Outcome / current status
POC stage, validating pathways to market and partnerships. The platform is being refined to better understand regional market needs and identify the most effective growth strategies.

Brag Book
The challenge
Photographers need to maintain engagement with clients after their shoot, but traditional delivery methods don't support ongoing connection. Clients want easy access to shareable versions of their photos to show friends and family, and photographers want meaningful ways to stay in touch—whether that's notifying clients when artwork is ready, or suggesting new shoots for special occasions.
Our approach
We focused on making client engagement natural and effortless. The solution needed to work with how people actually share content—using their phone's built-in tools like QR codes, vCards, and AirDrop. We built a mobile-first experience that photographers can easily integrate into their workflow, and that clients will actually use.
What we built
- Mobile application that delivers smaller, socially sharable versions of photos directly to clients' phones
- Easy sharing tools that work with standard phone features—QR codes, vCards, and AirDrop for recommendation links
- Push notification system for photographers to send meaningful updates about artwork completion, new shoot opportunities, or special offers
- Client engagement platform that keeps photographers connected with their clients long after the shoot
Outcome / current status
A practical tool that helps photographers maintain relationships with clients while making it easy for clients to share and celebrate their photos. The application supports ongoing engagement in a way that feels natural and doesn't require clients to learn new tools or platforms.
