Our approach was shaped inside a working Australian photography studio. Alfiedog Development operates alongside Kelly Jordan Photography. That is lived studio experience, not a marketing vertical we picked from a list.

Alfiedog Development is based in Ararat, Victoria. We're proud to bring broader experience back to a regional setting, serving the Grampians region and beyond. While we're regionally based, our experience spans modern web platforms, startups, and established businesses—and this experience informs how we approach local work: practical, considered, and built to last.
Regional presence, broad experience
Our experience across software development, product development, business analysis, and technical foundations means we can make good decisions early. We've worked with Node.js, JavaScript, PHP, and Angular to build products and platforms from early ideas through to real-world use. We understand business analysis and process mapping, technical documentation and system design, and the practical details of domains, DNS, hosting, and deployment.
We also bring experience in photography and visual storytelling—understanding how brand trust and conversion work in practice, not just theory. This breadth of experience allows us to see connections others might miss and build solutions that work for your business, not just for the technology.

We build and operate our own products, including Wallpilot and RegionalTrades. This isn't about bragging—it's about credibility. These projects keep us grounded in real-world constraints: what actually works, what breaks, and what matters when you're trying to build something that lasts.

Alfiedog Development is intentionally small. When you work with us, you work directly with the people doing the thinking and building. No account managers, no handoffs, no miscommunication. You get our full attention because we're not trying to scale beyond what we can deliver well.
We're comfortable delivering one-off projects or working together longer term. Some clients need a website built and then they're set. Others want ongoing support as their business grows. We're flexible—you choose what makes sense for your business, and we'll work with you to make it happen.
